A1. The mold can not be working at all even after we improve the mold desgin, repair it, replace with new mold, could be fully refunded
A2. The mold shot number can not be reached or retained, could be partially refund or replaced with new mold
A3. The plastic articles can not be produced in the stipulated quality standard even after we improve the mold design and promote plastic pellets raw material quality, change with different plastic granules, could be fully refunded
A4. The plastic articles come along with any defects, color difference, improper packing, or malfunction, could be fully refunded or replaced with new articles until you are completely satisfied
